But she's not just any baby 👶

She a symbol of the connection between our city’s leadership and its future! 🌆

Yet despite Morazan and her mother Ursula being no stranger to birth, Rose's was different 👶

Due to some initial complications, the birth and hospital stay wasn’t an easy one 🏥
